Model HMG4000-B Autocompnic Pirn Winding Machine is a kind of new weft winding equipment improved from Model HMG2000 and HMG3000. It is the most advanced in the preparatory industry of textile weaving and tatting to roll or wind the bobbin yarn into woof yarn for weaving. The machine is suitable for winding different yarns (silk threads) such as pure cotton, trueran, ramie, low elasticity filament, mid fibre, etc..
The machine adopts the latest numerical control technique and the most advanced automated equipment instead of the traditional mechanical transmission. Its core technique contains a supreme high scientific technology content. It is a revolutionary breakthrough in weft winding machine's manufacture technology, It breaks free from the conservative ideology of those so-called "designers" or "engineers". And it leads forward a tidal wave of reconstructing the preparatory equipment to make them automated.
This model's automatic control system is made and improved from the present Model 2000 by overcoming its many imperfections in hardware configuration and software programming. Mainly, it introduces and adopts the programmable digital movement logical controller, LCD Chinese displayer human-computer interface, stepping subdivided servo driver, and high-performance large-torque stepping motor.

Functions of subdivided drive and self-protection in stopping.
Can adjust the drive electric current according to the length of machine. The system checks its operation state by itself at any moment so as to realize the self-protection in case of over-current, overpressure, or under-voltage. Every time when the yarns are fallen, the system automatically realizes the pick-up function and the self-lock function of stepping motor and driver in low pressure and constant current.
Eliminate the motor's vibration and noise
The improvement of hardware and software in the system makes the stepping motor be hard to be heated abnormally or produce any abnormal noise or vibration. It validly improves the working environment and the system's performance, lowers down the trouble rate, and prolongs the stepping motor's usage life.
Newly increase the functions of stopping on route and continuing work.
If it is needed to stop the machine during the operation, then you can press "PAUSE" key. And then you press "CONTINUE" key on the control panel to continue to work. Thus, it avoids the great waste of yarns.
Real-time measuring, displaying, and calculating the spindle speed.
After the main motor is equipped with a frequency converter, this function is more outstanding. By being equipped with a tension control system, the constant tension's spindle speed can be controlled.

Limit function of yarn guide plate's safety stroke.
When the yarn guide plate reaches to its safety limit, it can automatically fall down to the position where it can freely reach. Thus it avoids from hurting the hard parts of the yarn guide mechanism.
Functions of setting user's code and authority limitation.
You must enter the code into the system before trying to debug the program or set the parameters. Thus it effectively prevents the machine from being stopped by any uncertain factors.
